Right to revocation

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without specifying a reason, in writing (e.g. letter, fax, or email) or - if the goods were issued to you before the end of the period - by returning the goods. The revocation period begins upon receipt of these instructions in writing, but not before the recipient has received the goods (in case of repeated delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our obligation to inform in accordance with 246 § 2 in combination with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in combination with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The revocation period is deemed to have been met with timely sending of the revocation or goods. The revocation shall be directed to:

Consequences of revocation
In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise or emoluments taken (e.g. benefits of use) or can only return the merchandise in a deteriorated condition, then you must compensate us accordingly. You must only provide compensation for lost value due to deterioration of the goods and for benefit of use insofar as the benefit of use or deterioration is due to usage of the goods exceeding inspection of its properties and functionality. "Inspection of the properties and functionality" is understood to mean testing and trying of the respective goods, for example as is possible and common in retail stores. Goods which can be shipped by parcel shall be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs for the return shipping, if the delivered goods match the order and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or, in cases where the price is higher, if you have provided return service or made a contractually agreed upon partial payment. Otherwise you will not have to pay for return shipment. Goods which cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. This period begins for you upon sending of your declaration of revocation or the goods, and for us upon their receipt.
